01التعريفات والأطراف

تنظّم هذه الشروط والأحكام («الشروط») استخدامك لموقع ecombel3rby.com ومنصة العضوية ومجتمع إيكوم بالعربي والمحتوى التعليمي والمواد المرتبطة بها («الخدمة»).

تدير الخدمة شركة ECOM BEL ARABI LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة تأسست في ولاية نيو مكسيكو، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بتاريخ 30 يوليو 2026، ورقم الكيان المسجّل لدى الولاية هو 0008120195 («نحن» أو «الشركة»). نقدّم الخدمة تحت العلامة التجارية إيكوم بالعربي. عنوان المراسلات: 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

تقدّم الخدمة تعليماً إلكترونياً في التجارة الإلكترونية وموارد رقمية وعضوية في المجتمع وتوجيهاً وفق تفاصيل العرض الذي تشتريه. ولا تشمل بيع سلع مادية أو شحنها إلا إذا نصّ عرض منفصل على ذلك صراحةً.

باستخدام الخدمة أو قبول هذه الشروط عند الشراء، توافق على الالتزام بها. إذا لم توافق، فلا تشترِ الخدمة ولا تستخدمها. لا تحدّ هذه الشروط من الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المعمول به.

02الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل، وأن تملك الأهلية القانونية لإبرام عقد مُلزِم. إذا اشتركت نيابة عن كيان تجاري، فإنك تقرّ بأنك مخوّل بإلزام ذلك الكيان بهذه الشروط.

لا تُقدَّم الخدمة إلى أشخاص أو كيانات مدرجة على قوائم العقوبات الدولية، أو مقيمين في دول أو أقاليم تخضع لعقوبات تمنع تقديم الخدمة إليها.

03الحساب وأمانه

حسابك شخصي وغير قابل للنقل. تلتزم بما يلي:

  • تقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة عند التسجيل، وتحديثها عند تغيّرها.
  • الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف آخر.
  • إبلاغنا فوراً على [email protected] عند أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك.

مشاركة الحساب: مشاركة حساب واحد مع أشخاص آخرين مخالفة جوهرية. قد يستدعي نشاط الدخول غير المعتاد مراجعة أمنية، لكن السفر أو تغيير الجهاز وحده لا يثبت مشاركة الحساب. يجوز تقييد الوصول وفق القسم الثالث عشر والقانون المعمول به.

04ترخيص استخدام المحتوى

ما دام اشتراكك سارياً، نمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً، شخصياً، غير حصري، غير قابل للنقل أو الترخيص من الباطن أو التنازل، لغرض الاطلاع الشخصي والاستخدام في عملك التجاري الخاص فقط.

يُمنع منعاً باتاً، دون إذن خطّي مسبق منّا:

  • تسجيل الدروس أو المكالمات المباشرة أو إعادة توزيعها، أو تنزيل المحتوى إلا عبر خصائص التنزيل أو الأذونات التي نوفّرها صراحةً.
  • إعادة نشر أو بيع أو إعادة بيع أو توزيع أو ترجمة أو تلخيص المحتوى بغرض تعليمه للآخرين.
  • استخدام المحتوى لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي أو إنشاء منتج تعليمي منافس.
  • مشاركة المحتوى في مجموعات خاصة أو منصات مشاركة الملفات.

ينتهي هذا الترخيص تلقائياً بانتهاء اشتراكك أو إنهائه.

05قواعد السلوك داخل المجتمع

المجتمع مساحة عمل جادة. يُمنع داخل المجتمع:

  • الترويج لخدمات أو منتجات أو روابط إحالة خاصة بك دون إذن مسبق.
  • التواصل مع الأعضاء لأغراض بيعية أو تجنيدية (spam / DM outreach).
  • الإساءة أو التمييز أو التحرش أو التهديد بأي شكل.
  • نشر بيانات أو نتائج مزيّفة أو مضلِّلة.
  • مشاركة معلومات شخصية أو خاصة تخصّ أعضاء آخرين خارج المجتمع.

يحق لنا وفق تقديرنا المعقول تحذير العضو أو تقييد صلاحياته أو إنهاء عضويته عند المخالفة، وفق القسم الثالث عشر مع مراعاة الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية.

06الاشتراكات والدفع والتجديد

الأسعار المعلنة على صفحة الطلب هي الأسعار السارية وقت الشراء، وتُحصَّل عبر مزوّدي الدفع المعتمدين لدينا. لا ترسل رقم بطاقتك الكامل أو رمز الأمان إلى فريق الدعم.

تفويض الدفع المتكرّر: باشتراكك في خطة متجدّدة، فإنك تفوّضنا وتفوّض مزوّد الدفع لدينا بخصم قيمة التجديد تلقائياً من وسيلة الدفع المسجّلة في تاريخ التجديد، وبنفس القيمة المعلنة، حتى تقوم بالإلغاء وفق الآلية الموضّحة في سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع.

تعثّر الدفع: عند فشل عملية التحصيل، قد نعيد المحاولة عدداً محدوداً من المرات. إذا استمرّ الفشل، يُعلَّق وصولك حتى تسوية المبلغ المستحق.

وصف العملية على كشف الحساب: تظهر مدفوعاتك على كشف حساب بطاقتك باسم ECOM BEL 3RBY. احتفظ بهذا الاسم في ذهنك حتى لا تعتبر العملية غير معروفة.

الضرائب والعملة: تُعرض قيمة الشراء وعملة الدفع وأي ضرائب يجب علينا تحصيلها قبل إتمام الدفع. قد يفرض البنك أو مزوّد الدفع رسوماً لتحويل العملة أو تنفيذ العملية. لا تنقل هذه الشروط التزاماتنا الضريبية إليك.

تقديم الخدمة والوصول: تُقدّم الخدمة عبر الإنترنت، وتُرسل تعليمات الوصول بعد نجاح الدفع. إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى مشترياتك، تواصل مع [email protected] باستخدام البريد المرتبط بطلبك. تُعقد الجلسات المباشرة وفق الجدول المنشور داخل العضوية.

الإلغاء: لإيقاف التجديدات المقبلة، أرسل طلب إلغاء واضحاً إلى [email protected] من بريد حسابك قبل موعد التجديد التالي. أدرج بريد الحساب أو مرجع الطلب حتى نتمكّن من تحديد اشتراكك. يسري الإلغاء عند نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية، ويستمر وصولك حتى نهايتها. لا يترتّب على الإلغاء استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة، إلا إذا أوجب القانون المعمول به خلاف ذلك.

تغييرات التجديد: نُبلغك مسبقاً بأي تغيير في سعر التجديد، ونمنحك فرصة الإلغاء قبل تطبيقه، ونحصل على أي موافقة إضافية يفرضها القانون. تُطبّق على خطتك القيمة ودورية التجديد الموضّحتان عند الشراء.

07عدم الاسترجاع

جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا نقدّم استرجاعاً اختيارياً على خطط العضوية أو المنتجات الرقمية. لا يستبعد ذلك أي استرجاع أو تعويض أو حق إلغاء يفرضه القانون المعمول به. راجع سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع.

المحتوى الرقمي والحقوق القانونية: إذا منحك القانون مهلة للانسحاب، فإن فقدان هذا الحق عند تقديم المحتوى الرقمي فوراً يتوقّف على الحصول مسبقاً على الموافقة الصريحة والإقرار اللذين يفرضهما القانون. لا يُعدّ الشراء أو الاطلاع على هذه الشروط وحده تنازلاً تلقائياً عن تلك الحقوق. وتبقى الحقوق الإلزامية المتعلقة بالخدمات أو عيوب المحتوى أو عدم تقديمه محفوظة.

08الخدمات والأدوات التابعة لأطراف ثالثة

قد نرشّح أو نشرح أدوات وخدمات تديرها أطراف ثالثة (منصات المتاجر، الموردين، مزوّدي الحلول المالية، منصات الإعلانات، أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي). هذه الأدوات تخضع لشروط وأسعار مزوّديها، ونحن لسنا طرفاً في علاقتك بهم.

لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أداء تلك الأدوات، أو عن رفض حساب، أو تعليق، أو خسارة ناتجة عن استخدامك لها. اطّلع على شروطها بنفسك قبل الاشتراك.

قد نتلقّى عمولة إحالة عن بعض هذه الأدوات. راجع إخلاء المسؤولية للتفاصيل.

09لا نقدّم استشارة مهنية

محتوى Ecom Bel 3rby تعليمي وتدريبي بطبيعته. لا يُعدّ ولا يُفسَّر على أنه استشارة قانونية أو ضريبية أو محاسبية أو استثمارية أو مالية شخصية.

أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الالتزام بالقوانين والضرائب ومتطلبات الترخيص في بلد إقامتك وفي الأسواق التي تبيع فيها. استشر مختصاً مرخّصاً قبل اتخاذ أي قرار قانوني أو مالي.

10عدم وجود ضمان للنتائج

نحن لا نضمن — لا صراحةً ولا ضمناً — تحقيقك لأي دخل أو ربح أو نتيجة تجارية. أي مثال أو نتيجة أو شهادة معروضة تمثّل تجربة فردية وليست نتيجة نموذجية أو متوقّعة.

التجارة الإلكترونية نشاط تجاري يحمل مخاطر حقيقية، منها فقدان رأس المال المستثمر في الإعلانات والمخزون. تفاصيل إضافية في إخلاء المسؤولية.

11الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في الموقع والمحتوى والفيديوهات والقوالب والمستندات والعلامات التجارية والشعارات مملوكة لـ ECOM BEL ARABI LLC أو مرخّصة لها.

يبقى المحتوى الذي تنشره داخل المجتمع ملكك. تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري وبدون مقابل لاستضافته وعرضه بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل المجتمع، وفق سياسة الخصوصية. نطلب إذنك قبل استخدام محتواك أو نتائجك أو شهادتك في التسويق بصورة تكشف هويتك.

إذا رأيت أن محتوى منشوراً لدينا ينتهك حقوقك، راسلنا على [email protected] مع تفاصيل العمل المحمي وموضع النشر، وسنتصرّف خلال مدة معقولة.

12النزاعات البنكية (Chargebacks)

إذا كانت لديك مشكلة في الدفع، يُرجى التواصل مع [email protected] لنراجعها ونساعدك. يمكنك أيضاً التواصل مع البنك أو مزوّد الدفع. لا تحدّ هذه الشروط من حقك في الاعتراض على عملية أو الإبلاغ عن دفع غير مصرّح به أو استخدام وسائل الحماية القانونية.

قد نردّ على النزاع بسجلات صحيحة وذات صلة نحتفظ بها فعلياً، مثل سجلات الطلب والدفع والوصول والمراسلات، وفق سياسة الخصوصية والقانون المعمول به. لا يُعدّ الاعتراض المقدّم بحسن نية مخالفة بحدّ ذاته، ولا نفرض عليه غرامة تلقائية.

قد نحقّق في المطالبات الاحتيالية أو تقديم معلومات مضلّلة عمداً. ويجب أن يتوافق أي إجراء يتعلق بمبالغ غير مسدّدة أو بالوصول إلى الحساب مع القانون وقواعد مزوّد الدفع.

13التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز لنا، بصورة معقولة، تقييد الوصول أو تعليقه أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة جوهرية لترخيص المحتوى أو قواعد الحساب والمجتمع، أو عدم السداد، أو الاستخدام غير القانوني. نوضّح السبب ونتيح فرصة لمعالجة المشكلة متى كان ذلك مناسباً. وقد يلزم اتخاذ إجراء فوري لحماية الأعضاء أو أمن الحسابات أو الملكية الفكرية.

لا يُعدّ الاعتراض على الدفع بحسن نية سبباً كافياً وحده لإنهاء العضوية. وتبقى سياسة عدم الاسترجاع خاضعة للحقوق القانونية الإلزامية، بما فيها الحقوق الناشئة عن عدم تقديم الخدمة المشتراة.

يمكنك إلغاء التجديدات المقبلة وفق القسم السادس وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع. وتستمر بعد الإنهاء البنود التي تستلزم طبيعتها ذلك، ومنها الملكية الفكرية وحدود المسؤولية المشروعة وتسوية النزاعات.

14حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها". ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، نستبعد جميع الضمانات الضمنية بشأن ملاءمة الخدمة لغرض معيّن أو استمراريتها دون انقطاع.

لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية، بما يشمل: خسارة الأرباح أو الإيرادات أو الفرص التجارية، خسارة الإنفاق الإعلاني، خسارة البيانات، أو تعليق أو إغلاق حسابك لدى أي منصة طرف ثالث.

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك، أياً كان أساسها، إجمالي المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا فعلياً خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للحدث المُنشئ للمطالبة.

لا يتضمّن هذا البند أي استبعاد للمسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو التدليس أو عن أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.

15التعويض

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون المعمول به، تلتزم بتعويضنا عن أي مطالبة أو خسارة أو تكلفة معقولة (تشمل الأتعاب القانونية) تنشأ عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط، أو عن استخدامك المحتوى بما يخالف الترخيص الممنوح، أو عن نشاطك التجاري الخاص ومنتجاتك وإعلاناتك.

16التعديلات على الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. يُنشر التاريخ الساري في أعلى الصفحة. عند إجراء تعديل جوهري، نُخطرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو داخل المنصة قبل سريانه بمدة معقولة.

استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التعديل يُعدّ قبولاً به. إن لم توافق، يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك المتجدّد قبل تاريخ التجديد التالي.

17القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية نيو مكسيكو، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، مع مراعاة أحكام حماية المستهلك الإلزامية التي تنطبق عليك. يجوز للمحاكم المختصة في نيو مكسيكو النظر في النزاعات، دون المساس بأي حق قانوني إلزامي يتيح لك رفع دعوى أمام محاكم محل إقامتك.

نشجّعك على التواصل مع [email protected] لمحاولة الوصول إلى حل ودي. لا يلزمك ذلك بتأخير اعتراض بنكي أو تفويت مهلة قانونية أو التنازل عن اللجوء إلى محكمة أو جهة رقابية.

18أحكام عامة

الاتفاق الكامل: تشكّل هذه الشروط مع سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط وإخلاء المسؤولية الاتفاق الكامل بيننا.

استقلال البنود: إذا تبيّن بطلان أي بند، تبقى بقية البنود سارية.

التنازل: لا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط. ويحق لنا التنازل عنها في حالة إعادة الهيكلة أو بيع النشاط.

عدم التنازل عن الحقوق: تهاوننا في تطبيق أي بند لا يُعدّ تنازلاً عنه.

الخدمات المنفصلة: تتطلّب خدمات التنفيذ نيابةً عن العميل نطاق عمل وشروطاً مكتوبة منفصلة يُتفق عليها قبل البدء. لا يشمل شراء العضوية تلك الخدمات تلقائياً.

01Definitions and parties

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of ecombel3rby.com, the Ecom Bel 3rby membership platform, community, educational content and related materials (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by ECOM BEL ARABI LLC, a domestic limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States, effective July 30, 2026, with New Mexico Entity ID 0008120195 (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”). Ecom Bel 3rby is the brand through which we provide the Service. Our mailing address is 1209 Mountain Road Place NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

The Service provides online e-commerce education, digital resources, community access and coaching as described in the offer you purchase. It does not include the sale or delivery of physical goods unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise.

By using the Service or accepting these Terms when purchasing, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you subscribe on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is not offered to persons or entities on international sanctions lists, or resident in territories subject to sanctions that prohibit supply of the Service.

03Your account

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete registration details and keep them current;
  • keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone;
  • notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account.

Account sharing: Sharing one account with other people is a material breach. Unusual login activity may prompt a security review; travel or a change of device alone does not establish account sharing. Access may be restricted under Section 13, subject to applicable law.

04Content licence

While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the content for your own learning and your own business only.

Without our prior written permission you must not:

  • record or redistribute lessons or live calls, or download content except through download features or permissions we expressly provide;
  • republish, sell, resell, distribute, translate or summarise the content in order to teach it to others;
  • use the content to train artificial intelligence models or to build a competing educational product;
  • share the content in private groups or on file-sharing platforms.

This licence terminates automatically when your subscription ends or is terminated.

05Community conduct

The community is a working environment. The following are not permitted:

  • promoting your own services, products or affiliate links without prior permission;
  • contacting members for sales or recruitment purposes (spam or DM outreach);
  • abuse, discrimination, harassment or threats of any kind;
  • posting fabricated or misleading results or data;
  • sharing another member's personal or private information outside the community.

We may, acting reasonably, warn, restrict or terminate a member's access for breach, subject to Section 13 and mandatory legal rights.

06Subscriptions, payment and renewal

The prices shown on the order page at the time of purchase are the prices that apply. Payments are processed by our approved payment providers. Do not send full card details or security codes to our support team.

Recurring payment authority: by purchasing a recurring plan you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the renewal amount automatically to your stored payment method on each renewal date, at the price disclosed, until you cancel in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Failed payments: if a charge fails we may retry a limited number of times. If it continues to fail, your access is suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

Statement descriptor: your payments appear on your card statement as ECOM BEL 3RBY. Please note this so that you do not treat the charge as unrecognised.

Taxes and currency: The price, billing currency and any taxes we are required to collect are disclosed at checkout before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees. Nothing in these Terms transfers our own tax obligations to you.

Delivery and access: The Service is delivered online. Access instructions are provided following successful payment. If you cannot access your purchase, contact [email protected] using the email address associated with your order. Live sessions follow the schedule published inside the membership.

Cancellation: To stop future renewals, email [email protected] from your account email address with a clear cancellation request before your next renewal. Include the account email or order reference so we can identify your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; access continues until then. Canceling does not refund charges already paid, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Renewal changes: We will disclose any change to your renewal price in advance and provide an opportunity to cancel before the changed charge applies. We obtain any additional consent required by law. The amount and renewal frequency shown at checkout govern your selected plan.

07No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds on membership plans or digital products. This does not exclude refunds, remedies or cancellation rights required by applicable law. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Digital content and statutory rights: Where the law provides a withdrawal period, any loss of that right for immediately supplied digital content depends on the legally required express consent and acknowledgment being obtained before supply. Purchasing or reading these Terms alone does not automatically waive those rights. Mandatory rights relating to services, defective content or non-delivery remain unaffected.

08Third-party tools and services

We may recommend or explain tools and services operated by third parties (store platforms, suppliers, financial-infrastructure providers, advertising platforms, AI tools). Those tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not a party to your relationship with them.

We accept no liability for the performance of those tools, or for an account being refused, suspended, or for any loss arising from your use of them. Review their terms yourself before subscribing.

11Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the site, content, videos, templates, documents, trade marks and logos belong to ECOM BEL ARABI LLC or are licensed to it.

Content you post inside the community remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it as necessary to operate the community, subject to our Privacy Policy. We will seek your permission before using identifiable member content, results or testimonials in marketing.

If you believe material published by us infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with details of the protected work and where it appears, and we will act within a reasonable period.

12Chargebacks

If you have a payment concern, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate and help. You may also contact your bank or payment provider. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to dispute a transaction, report an unauthorized payment or use statutory remedies.

We may respond to a dispute with relevant, accurate records that we actually hold, such as the order, payment, access and correspondence records, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We do not treat a good-faith dispute as a breach by itself or impose an automatic dispute penalty.

Fraudulent claims or deliberate misrepresentation may be investigated. Any action concerning unpaid amounts or account access must comply with applicable law and payment-provider rules.

13Suspension and termination

We may reasonably restrict, suspend or terminate access for a material breach of the content license, account sharing, community rules, non-payment or unlawful use. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect members, account security or intellectual property.

A good-faith payment dispute alone is not grounds for termination. Our no-refund policy remains subject to mandatory legal rights, including where we fail to provide the purchased Service.

You may cancel future renewals as described in Section 6 and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Clauses intended to continue, including intellectual property, lawful liability limitations and dispute provisions, survive termination.

14Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, loss of advertising spend, loss of data, or the suspension or closure of your account on any third-party platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you, on any basis, is limited to the total amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or reasonable cost (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the content outside the licence granted, or your own business, products and advertising.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date is shown at the top of this page. Where a change is material we will notify you by email or in-platform a reasonable time before it takes effect.

Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your recurring subscription before the next renewal date.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with competent jurisdiction in New Mexico may hear disputes, but this does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts under mandatory law.

We encourage you to contact [email protected] so we can seek an informal resolution. This does not require you to delay a bank dispute, miss a legal deadline or give up access to a court or regulator.

18General

Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between us.

Severability: if any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses continue in force.

Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign them on a restructuring or sale of the business.

No waiver: failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it.

Separate services: Done-for-you services require separate written scope and terms agreed before work begins. A membership purchase does not, by itself, include those services.
